Terms & Conditions

As part of my practice, I want to be clear and transparent about the services I do not offer. This helps set expectations and ensures that you are able to seek the right support for your needs.

1. ADA & FMLA Paperwork

I do not complete ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) or FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) paperwork.

  • This decision is based on HIPAA privacy requirements and the fact that I do not maintain a secure fax line or system for transmitting such documents.

  • If you need this type of paperwork completed, I encourage you to connect with your primary care physician or a medical provider who can handle these forms securely.​

2. Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letters

I do not provide ESA evaluations or letters.

  • If you require documentation for an Emotional Support Animal, please reach out to a professional who specializes in this type of evaluation and documentation.​

3. Court-Related Services

I do not attend court or provide court testimony.

  • This includes but is not limited to: custody hearings, disability hearings, or legal proceedings.- The exception is only if I receive a court order.

  • If your case may require therapeutic input for court purposes, I recommend seeking a forensic specialist trained in providing evaluations and testimony.​

 

​Note: My focus is on providing therapeutic support within the counseling relationship. If you need referrals for any of the above services, I will be glad to point you toward appropriate professionals.
